1) Users can find their mail settings under the "mail" link in their dashboard once logged in.

2) Click on "settings" in the lower left of your mail window.

3) From this window, you can:

- See the users that you currently have blocked communications with
- Manage whether or not you receive an email notification when someone sends you a message

4) After you're finished editing your mail settings, click "save changes" and you will be taken back to the normal mail view.
